The new Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for business brokers and intermediaries is operational after years of planning and development.
Like the Trend MLS system used by the real estate industry, this system allows access to scores of Delaware Valley business listings and thousands of listings across the country to business broker members of MABBA, as well as visitors to the MABBA site, www.mabba.net. It matches up Delaware Valley listings from dozens of local brokers to thousands of buyers across the region. As never before businesses will sell rather than languish in inventory.
New business brokers will immediately have scores of business to sell. New brokers will join the industry.
